Acquisition enhances Nova Analytics portfolio of Electrochemistry products and technologies

Nova Analytics Corporation and the Kurt Schwabe foundation are pleased to announce that they have signed an agreement on the sale of Sensortechnik Meinsberg GmbH a high-quality manufacturer of electrochemical sensors and Analytical Instruments located in Meinsberg/Sachsen, Germany. The transaction will be effective on July 3rd.
Sensortechnik Meinsberg GmbH was founded in 1990 by the Kurt Schwabe foundation as sole shareholder in a modernizing restructuring of the "Kurt Schwabe" Research Institute in Meinsberg/Saxony.
Sensortechnik Meinsberg GmbH brings high-quality sensor and instrumentation technology for the potable water industry to the Nova portfolio.
